Dinner, Bed & Breakfast rates are available Mon-Sat, based on 2 people sharing a standard room and include Full Breakfasts & 3 course evening dinners with coffee from the Shortbreak Dinner Menu. Superior rooms incur a £10 per room per night supplement. Per Room Per Night Summer Autumn 2 to 3 nights £129 £120 4+ nights £125 £115 Extra Nt BB Only £85 £75 All rooms are ensuite, with beverage making facilities, hair dryer, remote control colour TV and thermostatically controlled radiators. *Spacious superior rooms have kingsize beds with either daybed or lounge area. Polraen is fully licensed and is a fully non smoking establishment. On Sundays when there is no Bar or Dining Room service at Polraen, we are more than happy to recommend and assist with bookings at local restaurants. Children are welcome. Sorry - no pets. Single occupancy is subject to availability. Winter rates are available on request.

• All rates include Full English Breakfat and VAT at 17.5%. Dinner Bed & Breakfast Shortbreak rates include 3 course evening dinner with coffee from the Shortbreak Menu.
• Rates in double and twin rooms are based on 2 people sharing. Single rates are available on request.
• Family rooms are ideally suitable for children under 12 sharing with adults. Infants are free of charge where bedding is not required. An additional travel cot/camp bed may be added to family rooms on payment of a supplement. • You may start your holiday on any day of the week, subject to availability.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel building.
• Bed Linen - Our beds are made up with duvets. If you prefer blankets, please request at time of booking.
• Payment: A debit/credit card or cheque deposit is required to confirm a booking, equivalent to the first night's stay. Final payment can be made by cash or debit/credit card (we do not accept cheques on departure).
• Cancellation policy: Acceptance by the Owners for a confirmed reservation constitutes a binding contract between them and the guest. In the event of cancellation or curtailment, and where we are unable to relet the room(s), the following charges apply: 28 days before commencement, loss of deposit only; less than 28 days, a charge of 2/3rds of the full price of unoccupied rooms for the duration booked.We recommend that holiday insurance is taken out.
• Check In/Out: Rooms are generally available from 1pm and early afternoon check in is welcome by arrangement. Guaranteed check-in is between 4.30 pm and 6.30 pm. A booking ends at 10.30 am on day of departure unless agreed in advance.
• We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. This will not affect bookings already confirmed.
